The Black Sands finish is quickly becoming one of our most popular options. This bass is just like one me made for NAMM 2026 that was the star of the show.

We've paired it with nickel hardware and pickups for a cohesive look, which is nicely contrasted by the stunning roasted flame maple fretboard.

The body and headstock are handpainted by Madelyn McGrath

Key Components

Pickups: This bass is equipped with three DiMarzio Relentless pickups configured in our signature layout: Thunderbird, Reverse P, and J.

Preamp: These pickups are routed through a Trickfish IPA 3-band preamp, operating at 18 volts for maximum headroom.

Hardware: The bridge and tuners are Leo Quan Badass units, all finished in nickel.

Controls:

Each pickup features an individual Switchcraft On/Off slider switch.

The master volume knob is a pull/push switch for true bypass Active/Passive operation.
